Abstract

|
To purpose of this paper was to evaluate the environment of hazardous work place and their effects on the worker´s health Four work places were selected and the workers of them were exposed to the heavy metal, organic solvent, noise, dust according to their job characteristics. As the result, the workers who are working at the organic solvent, heavy metal exposed section and their environ mental exposure level were within the permissible limit. But, the environmental exposure level of noise and dust exposed section were over the permissible limit. Within the noise exposed worker, 9 were diagnoses as a potential workers to the Noise Induced Hearing Loss(NIHL), although there were not any NIHL workers fortunately. We realized that more careful studies in the future are needed to evaluate the work places and manage the health of workers.
